MS&L London Achieves ‘Best Companies 2009’ Accreditation

MS&L London is delighted to announce that it has been successful in achieving ‘First Class’ status, accredited by the prestigious Best Companies organisation. Accreditation is based on a ‘Michelin-style’ star rating system for UK businesses that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement.
Approximately 800 companies enter each year, many of which do not achieve star status. This recognition by Best Companies is testament to the significant progress that the agency has made during the last 12 months in areas such as: Leadership, Management, Job Satisfaction, Personal Growth, Wellbeing and Team Working.
HR Director Rachel Bateman attended the annual celebration event on 27th January 2009 to collect MS&L’s award. Over 200 business leaders from fellow accredited organisations participated in the event, each sharing best practice for engaging employees.
Rachel Bateman commented: “Entering Best Companies has been a very valuable experience for us. As well as recognising the progress we have made in making the agency a great place to work, it has also given us lots of ideas as to how we can excel in terms of engaging our staff in 2009.”
