Associate Director, Consumer

We are looking for a high energy, creative and passionate individual to fill an exciting Associate Director role working for a world leading consumer FMCG company with a focus on the CEEMEA (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) region.

The ideal candidate must have strong strategic and creative ability, together with an excellent knowledge and understanding of how to maximise social media to effectively engage target audiences. Strong leadership skills – both in terms of giving guidance and senior consultancy to clients and leading and motivating an internal team  - are also a must.

A good understanding of the CEEMEA region (in particular Russia, Poland and Turkey) is essential.

This individual is also expected to contribute to the growth of the agency, both by developing solid relationships with key client contacts and by taking an active role in new business development as a member of the consumer senior management team.
