The MS&L Way is our bespoke model that sets the standard for how our campaigns are developed and delivered. It’s about exceptional client service and excellent results.

Stage 1: Planning

MS&L’s in-house Planners, market leading intelligence resources, Trend Reports and focus groups underpin all activity we undertake. In parallel, we take a deep dive into clients’ models, segmentations and proprietary data and work alongside in-house Intelligence teams.

Stage 2: Creativity

Our in-house, award-winning Creative Directors bring strategic thinking to life in a creative way, to ensure all our PR programmes have the winning-edge. Our Creative approach provides an essential bridge between a client’s broader strategic objectives discovered in the Planning phase and the tactical execution of the plan.

Stage 3: Development

The Development phase of the cycle pulls together our insights, creative platform,/ strategic approach and supporting tactics into a cohesive plan. This ensures we present clients with a programme that we know will deliver results.

Stage 4: Implementation

There are four elements to all our PR programmes:

  • Administration – standard account administration agreed between the client, the MS&L account team and our Finance Department, including budget trackers
  • Work plan – a critical path that outlines the project from start to finish around key milestones and dates. 
  • Delivery – MS&L will ensure quality control of materials and activity through templates and best practices
  • Reporting – key to the success of the implementation phase, MS&L will agree reporting requirements with clients.

Stage 5: Evaluation

The Evaluation phase of the cycle is an opportunity for us to demonstrate the value of our PR activity and also provides important feedback on our performance that will help to improve and inform the next campaign.
